Where is refresh map option in ArcGIS Pro?
In addition to what Joanne and Jeremy mentioned, there's a little button bottom right of the map view with 2 blue circular arrows to refresh the map.
FYI you can also hit CTRL-F5 to do a "deep refresh" - this is similar to browser behavior.
F5 refreshes from cached state.
CTRL-F5 refreshes and includes pulling new content from any data sources (AGOL, etc.)

If you hit F5 and your active map has focus, it will refresh.
- Click the tab for the map or the map itself to make sure it has focus, hit F5.
