Can't tell which permission is going with which very easily.
Tried IE and Chrome, same result for both. Scroll zoom (mouse wheel) and pane scroll had no effect. Was fine at one point.

My colleague reminded me that there is another workaround - there are tooltips on each of the green check marks which show what the permission is.

This bug was caused by our changes to improve the Reports experience.
We have a bug on our backlog to fix this issue, and we hope to have it fixed soon.
A workaround in the meantime may be exporting the Permissions Grid to Excel.
