I tried to 'Share' a map with someone in another government organization (I work for city government myself) and because the bit.ly url was in the e-mail it was blocked completely from showing up. It didn't go to their junk mail, it wasn't retrievable by some mystical outlook voodoo, it just was not allowed through.
So my question is this... Is there some way to dismantle or turn off the URL shortener?
