Table Statistics

1. I have a raster Landcover dataset

2. I have a vector County Boundary Layer

I am looking to get a table that will breakdown each county

Then for each county give me the total acres of each Landcover type

                          Forest      Wetlands       etc

County1             56.65         123.32

County2             3432.67     4343.44

Is there a tool to do this?

The Tabulate Area GP tool should do the trick. It is found in the Spatial Analyst Tool/Zonal toolbox.. Check out Tabulate Area—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop
