Garbled name imported from Microstation into ArcMAp

With CONNECT version of Microstation V8i, the Layer name comes garbled when imported in ArcMap.

With the old version on Microstation V8i it was OK.

Any suggestions?

Here is a screenshot of what I am asking about. The top table is what I got when use the old Microstation.

The bottom table is with Microstation CONNECT.
