No "Takeoff climb surface " in my Obstruction identification Surface

Hello Every One , i hope that i am in the right place

I am using ArcGIS for aviation tools in order to generate an obstruction identification surface (OIS) .

the problem that i am facing is that there is no Takeoff climb surface with the ICAO Annex 14 Specification (See screen shot below).

Does anyone know how to fix that ? i will be greatfull for any help or recomandation.

I realize this question is from awhile ago but this surface will be supported in the next patch for the 10.4.1 release (which will be available towards the end of next month) as well as the next major release.
