wLeaks feature

Question

An xml of the Local Government Data model says there is a feature called wLeaks but when I download the LGIM goedatabase I cannot 
find the water leaks feature. What am I missing? I also looked under the ESRI download page under water utilities and found a leak investigator zip file, but I am unable to download it. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd take a guess that it's so that it can participate in the water geometric network.

Geometric Networks require all their content to be in the one feature dataset.

Oh, darn - I just answered my own question. the water leaks feature is in the LGIM under the feature dataset called Infrastructure Operations which seems weird. Why would I not want to keep it in the wWaterDistribution
feature dataset?
