Error: �??the database client fail to load�?�,

When I was trying to �??create enterprise geodatabase�?� with Oracle Database platform, I got the error below:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]20484[/ATTACH], [ATTACH=CONFIG]20485[/ATTACH], [ATTACH=CONFIG]20486[/ATTACH]

What might be the problem?

Before creating the geodatabase you need to install an Oracle client on your computer and configure it.  Please see link below for further information.
