my arcgis subscription expired a year ago, I purchased one year personal right now. they extend the same license but unfortunately I forgot my administrator account info. I have only my subscription id. the link esri send 2 years ago does not work any more. please help how to cancel the previous and start new. i created new public account and sign in for arcgis on line trial version,. how to purchase using the subscription id provided by esri. now.
