Access to the GeoEvent public and admin rest API

We are running GeoEvent 10.6.1 (10.6.1.9310, 10.6.1.9310 - 10.6.1 Patch 1, 10.6.1.9301 - 10.6.1 Hotfix 1) I am trying to access https://machine.domain:6143/geoevent/rest/ and https://machine.domain:6143/geoevent/admin with both returning a "The website cannot display the page" message. The admin page redirects to create a token and then displays this message. Are the alternative addresses that I should be trying?
