Analysis in Home Use AGOL - no analysis button available

I purchased the Home Use Program and I expected I would be able to use the Analysis button as seen in the recent training. I am attempting to assist a person who has no access to ArcGIS do some simple analysis, but while I can see the Analysis button in class, in my Organization license, in the MyEsri account I have no access to the Analysis button.

Check all the pointers in FAQ: Why is the Perform Analysis option missing in ArcGIS Online? 

If you are the administrator/publisher in an organizational account, then Point 3 (The URL to the feature service is not a public URL) could be the issue.
