how can I refresh the underplaying layers of the map after a rotation is applied? it seems like basemaps are missing areas from the corners when i rotate they don't appear until I pan or zoom in and out. We need the application to update as gps updates
I figured it out, use view.goTo({rotation:somenumber}); it will animate the rotation and will refresh the underlying mapĀ
