Unable to get MAPs events in JS MAP API

I am trying to capture the events [mouse-drag,pan ..etc] using the JS APIs in Android. The events are fired when i executed in normal desptop chrome browser. But not fired in Android Device chrome browser. I am using JS API 3.16
