Feature Layer (hosted) - Empty but still huge size

Hi all,

I created a hosted feature layer for field worker tracking.

It got huge with more than 500k features. Do reduce the size of the layer (500MB) I deleted all features.

However, even its completely empty it still requires 480MB.

Anyone an idea why?

Hi Marco,

Do you have sync enabled on the service or optimization or editor tracking?  There are backend tables that would still exist that would take up space.  Hope this helps!
