Why can't I add any of my existing [old] Maps/Apps to a new Collection?

I only see the new Story Maps I've created as options to add to my collection.

Are you old maps in a personal geodatabase

All Maps/Apps are in my AGOL My Content, but only "new" maps / apps show up when updating the Collection
