Limit max file size to download from Portal for ArcGIS

Hi!

Is there any possibility to limit the maximum file size to download of any type of item (feature service, or another kind of item, such as .pdf, .zip, etc) in Portal for ArcGIS? I haven't found any solution in ArcGIS API for Python documentation or in ArcGIS REST API documentation.

You mean you want to limit user's ability to download items from your Portal? 

I.e. users aren't allowed to download any items from Portal that are over 1 GB (as an example). Is this what you're looking for?
