Sharing Error

Question

Has anyone gotten this error when they try and share the operation view?

One ore more items uses Bing Maps. Your administrator has restricted access to Bing Maps to members of your organization. Users outside your organization will not be able to view these layers.

But, I'm not using Bing Maps, at least not that I am aware of. Any suggestions to help would be greatly appreciated.

Also getting this error and not using Bing maps in the Ops Dashboard.  I am unable to share my Operations Dashboard with EVERYONE.

There's a bug logged for this:
NIM100385: Getting Bing Maps warning/error message, when sharing an Operation View for Everyone in Operations Dashboard 10.2.2.

and a workaround:

Go inside ArcGIS Online > Edit settings > Map > Bing Maps and check the option "Allow this Bing key to be used in maps shared publicly by organization members", we no longer get the warning message when sharing the Operation View in Operations Dashboard 10.2.2 with "Everyone".
