I'm not the greatest at decoding python, so I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me if the following Esri tutorial can be applied to multiple map document templates?  For example, I already have a print geoprocessing service created that has multiple templates to choose from.  Is there a way to get this script to apply over all those templates?...or does it work with a single map document?

Hi Matthew,

Yes. The way to get this script to apply over multiple templates is to create a parameter in your script tool that would have something like a combo box or a filter added to select which template you would want.  Then when that option is selected, set the templateMXD to that and pass everything else as you would before.
