Organization in groups?

Hello,

Are there any better ways to display various files when they are shared in groups? I have a survey I shared with a group, but it comes with multiple files (a feature layer, web map, etc.) Is there a way to hide certain files? Will any functionality be lost if I delete some of the files (excluding the feature layer).

Hi Kara,

Are members of the group all from the same organisation?

One option might be to share feature layers/web maps etc. with the Organisation only and then share the survey with the group only.

The user will access the group and see the survey only, but they'll be able to use it fully because they are logged in and the corresponding items are shared at an organisational level.
