cant find the arcgis file to open

Question

I installed ArcGIS_Desktop_1031_145699, but instead of installing it at the usual C Drive, it has not got enough storage for the application so I installed in in D Drive instead - which is a memory card.

After installing, I am unable to find the application file that opens the program? Can you advise what is the file name ? many thanks

So the software isn't finding your license.  Either you haven't authorized the software or something went wrong during the process.

The ArcGIS Administrator is the way to look at this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin\ArcGISAdmin.exe

However, your best bet at this point is probably to contact ESRI support.

I have clicked on both the ArcMap.exe and ArcGlobe.exe but the message below pops up for both:- 
do you have any idea why and what I need to do? Many thanks!
