The Enterprise Geodatabase created by ArcGIS10.2 and PostgreSQL9.2 can't be connected in ArcGIS Pro2.6, but it can be connected in ArcGIS Pro2.5.
Can't ArcGIS Pro2.6 connect the Enterprise Geodatabase created by lower version of ArcGIS?
Support for Postgres 9.2.x is not supported at ArcGIS Pro 2.6. The minimum level of Postgres is 9.6.17 - PostgreSQL database requirements for ArcGIS 10.8.x and ArcGIS Pro 2.5 and 2.6—System Requirements | Documentation

Looking at the docs, Postgres 9.2.x has not been supported for a while. You also should look at upgrading your Postgres Enterprise Geodatabase as 10.2.x is no longer supported as of July 2019. You may have to make an intermediate hop along the way to something like 10.6.1 Upgrade a geodatabase in PostgreSQL—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
Esri Support ArcMap 10.2 (10.2.1, 10.2.2)
Geodatabase
OK, thankyou
