Copy and paste FROM excel to attribute table in Pro

I can't copy and paste FROM excel to the attribute table in Pro. It works in desktop, but what about pro?

I can copy one cell at a time from Excel into one attribute in my table. But, this likely doesn't solve the problem here...

There has to be a way for users to copy from excel to an attribute table.

At least Pro should be able to connect to MS Access.
