Integrating Kendo UI with Web AppBuilder

Hi,

I am trying to integrate Telerik Kendo UI controls into web appbuilder widget. I have read this documentation

Use other libraries—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers

That last option seems to be perfect for my scenario. But I don't understand what to put these files and where is the dependency array? Please help. For kendo, I have JS and CSS files and those needs to be loaded.
