Help with adding pop ups into ArcMap?

Hello,

 

I have a few pictures, tables and charts that I'd like to insert as clickable pop ups in my map. For example, say I click on a certain polygon, I'd like that content to be visible in a pop up window. Is there a way to do this and if anyone has experience, could you give me a walk through?

Basically you want the attributes of your feature to reference your pictures tables and charts.  There are a variety of approaches for achieving this.
