Hi Paul. The Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ) Solution was deprecated in December 2016, making it no longer generally available. The workflow to replace the HLZ Solution will be available through the HLZ analysis tasks that will be included with the Intelligence Configuration for ArcGIS Pro (ICAP), coming soon for ArcGIS Pro 2.2.
