Member Invitation - Customize Message

I'd like to permanently customize the Message Member Will Receive content when I invite new users to our AGOL organizational account. I have some custom HTML with additional resource links and I'd prefer not to have to add this content every time I get a new account request. I've scoured all of the organizational settings but I can't find anywhere that I can modify this content.

Currently, it isn't possible to save customization to the welcome email message. Could you share the sample email that you usually send with me? Private message or kgerrow@esri.com.

We would also love to be able to customise this message! Currently our central team email address is listed in the email (telling users to email that) and that is not the correct process for us! If we could adjust this messaging, that would be really great.
