Adding projections in the ArcGis Engine 10.1 environment

Since the 10th series of arcGIs doesn`t have a proper folder to store the Projection data, I`d like to know how can I add customized prj to the default list?

There`s a way I can make an input of the latest EPSG dataset on it?
