ArcPad 10 and Microsoft Pocket PC Version 4.20

I gather ArcPad version 10 is not compatible with PocketPC 2003 or Pocket PC version 4.20.0.  Is this correct?  Is there a workaround or do I need to keep an older version of ArcPad?

Looks like you have to keep using your older version of ArcPad!  Otherwise, you need to upgrade your device.  I'm pretty sure that, from ArcPad 8, only Windows Mobile 5 and above is supported.
