Rotate only map and not symbols

Hi,

Is there any way to rotate only the map and not the graphics (formed by CompositeSymbols) in it?

Rendering Mode is set to Dynamic.

Hi,

my symbols are compositesymbols so I've set the property for all the symbols before adding them to the compositesymbol, but it does not work.
