ArcGIS Viewer for 3.3 Silverlight install

Hello,

I'm trying to install the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight setup file. But I am facing a problem. The first three steps of the setup file continues smoothly but when I came to the fourth process step,there is a problem. I am sharing screenshots that displays of process steps (att:1,2,3,4).

As shown in the third step,system components are appearing green. Also, Site Binding of ports seen full in IIS (att:5).

Operating System is Windows Server 2008 R2 WORKGROUP.

Did you face with this problem? what would be your suggestions?
