Is it possible to link Map Series tabs?

Scenario;

Map Series contains 2 tabs. Tab 1 contains a Map App with a feature layer. Tab 2 contains a Story Map Journal with text in sections relevant to features in the feature layer in tab 1.

Requirement;

Click on a feature displayed in the map in tab1 and the user is taken to the relevant section text in tab 2.

Is the above possible?
