when trying to save a story map tour. This was an extremely simple map tour: 2 images; no html; default basemap (which it wasn't allowing me to change btw); short simple titles/captions.
Hi, sorry about the issue. Map Tour should be letting you save. I'd recommend contacting Esri Tech Support so they can walk through this with you, because there are several reasons this could happen. For example the web map that the Map Tour uses may no longer exist, or you may not have write access to that web map (because you are not the owner).
They can also show you how to change the basemap in your Tour.
