What is the best way to display drone data (tiff) in a web app (2D and 3D) ?
I've tried to publish map with a tiff file from ArcGIS PRO and it never succeeds (endless loading).

We currently have only 2D focused or 3D focused web apps. We are planning on a 2D and 3D template app for a future release.
For the tiff data depending on the extent of the data and the level of detail there can be varying publish times. You can also generate a tile package in Pro and upload that to ArcGIS Online and publish the tile layer that way and use it in maps & scenes.
