Which class supports the interface "IVectorFieldRenderer"

First of all, sorry for my english.

I'm trying to render a raster layer in the ArcGIS Engine application. But after adding a new raster layer I have not found documentation that class that supports the interface IVectorFieldRenderer

Can you please tell how to initialize renderer to display.
