When sharing as a web layer, is there a way to select a folder on the federated ArcGIS Server where the service will be stored? Right now all services are created in the root folder, which makes management very difficult.
I had the same question, so I wanted to contribute some information:
Sometimes the "Select or create folder" Area does not show up.I did not yet figure out, what causes this to happen. Log out/in of your Portal and try switching Users, close and reopen the Share Pane.

One quick note: it needs to be backslash '\' not a forwardslash '/'. Pro will bark at you as an invalid character is being used.
it should be foldername/servicename
