How can I add my current location to the map when using the Park and Recreation Finder template?

I understand how that one works but its not what I'm after. I'm unable to get this to work on my iPhone due this not being a https site.

I'm after my location to show on the map without the buffer and to move when I move like in the Health Resource Inventory map

Chrome while testing on desktop and Safari on iPhone

Both those browsers require https protocol to allow geo-location there is no way around that.
