Different Version of ArcMap Not Displaying Points

I am using ArcMap 10.7.1 to create a map with a set of data points. I saved a copy which is compatible with the 10.1 and 10.2 format for someone with ArcMap 10.2.2, but they do not see the data points (I attached the file in this thread). Does anyone know what may be causing this? Thanks!
