acrgis pro invalid url

I'm trying to access to my ArcGIS pro and since I tried to update the software I just cant, it says INVALID URL

Which means that you have to go to the other device and check ArcPro back in, so that it can be used online.

Once you check it out to work offline, it requires that machine to be accessed.

Are you able to access the same URL from your web browser?

yes, I can access from the web browser.

Now, it is showing this message

" The account cant not be used to Authorize ArcGIS Pro as it has already been configured to use it offline mode on some other device"

* The URL that you have mentioned in ArcGIS Pro is it ArcGIS Online or for Portal for ArcGIS?
* Are you able to access the same URL from your web browser?
