While i am processing "Delineate Built-Up Areas" and although 93% of the computer memory is not in use I keep receiving "ERROR 000426: Out Of Memory".
I there any way to resolve that?

unfortunately not. My workstation is very strong with SSD drive/ 2 physical CPU and 64GB RAM with 64bit Windows Pro but I couldn't get rid of this issue....
Shouldn't background processing help this situation as it is a 64 bit process instead of a 32 bit process?
I did it already dear Jayanta but it didnt improved anything....
Disable Background Processing and Try again.
