Make a Web Application

Question

I am unable to get the option to Make a Web Application. When I click on one of my Maps and then Click Share and choose Everyone_the option to Make a Web Application should appear and it does not.

What is happening here?
 Is there any other way to access the option to make a web application and preview the templates?

See if it is enabled when you click "map" instead of presentation.

Are you clicking the share button when the webmap is opened? Or are you clicking the share button from the thumbnail/list?

To get the Make Web Application or Embed map buttons to appear you have to hit the share button from within the webmap itself.
It can get confusing since there are about 3 share buttons and only one of them allows you to make an application.

Argh!

I am also having the same problem....

I am using my partner subscription and have over 2400 credits (currently)

* All the services definition files are shared
* the desired Web Map is also shared

Tim suggested to Natasha that she upload a screenshot, but it wouldn't be clear what to screenshot because the "Make a Web Application" option isn't shown....makes it hard to choose a relevant screenshot!

There are 2 different places where you can share your map, one is in "My Content", where you are not able to make a web application and the 2nd place, where you are able to create an application, is once your map is actually open. That's why I wanted a screenshot to see where she was looking.

What type of browser are you using?
