How to assign domain to field for gdb

Dear Friends,

Here Attached the gdb. How to assign domain to field and each subtype for gdb and I have domains & Field names.

See below the domain & Field names:

Domain Names	Field Names	Note:
CD_Level	FLOOR_ID
CD_Diameter	DIAMETER
CD_Material	MATERIAL
CD_Ownership	OWNERSHIP_CODE
CD_Parcel ID	PARCEL_ID
CD_FittingDiameter	MATERIAL	This domain only Fitting Feature classs Applicable
CD_FittingMaterial	DIAMETER	This domain only Fitting Feature classs Applicable
