convert points between grid and true north

Is there a way to convert point data from grid north to true north and vice versa if you know the grid convergence value?

so i dont think i can use cogo because i only have a grid convergence number in degrees and the points in true north. i dont have a distance to enter. I tried to use a trangles to get distances but I dont have enough sides for the triangle with the grid convergence angle because it's not a right triangle.

any ideas?
