Hello, is there a way to make pop-ups in ArcGIS Online floating or draggable? In case of long text in pop-up, moving with a whole map is for map users impractical. Thank you fot the answer.

Currently there is not functionality to create floating pop-ups. Can you add your workflow to the following idea on the ideas site? https://community.esri.com/ideas/6477
