Map layer Symbology not updating

I am changing the symbology for the polygon layer in our map, however the changes are not updating the final map. On the back end I have light orange with darker border, however my live map does not update to reflect this. This is the first time experiencing this problem, previously my symbology edits would always work. Any suggestions?  Shortlist

Sorry about the prob. It SJW (should just work). We can have a look but your Story Map Shortlist app doesn't launch for me because the feature service point layers in your web map aren't loading
