submitting a paper / presentation

I have a couple of presentations I would like considered for the User conference this summer.
they are from projects with the Delaware  Department of Transportation. One is the use of WebAppBuilder Developer to create interfaces to transportation system performance data, and deals with the processing of GPS tracking data to study multimodal travel demand.  I think I may have missed the submission data by a couple weeks. Could I still submit.

David, the deadline was Nov 4 but I would email papers@esri.com with your paper proposals, in case they really need some talks in that subject area to "fill a hole".  Note that even before the deadline you could only submit one presentation per major author.
