Map is getting scrolled while zooming

Hi Team,

In my ASP.NET MVC application, the map is on bottom of the page and is behaving weirdly when users try to zoom via mouse scroll. I've tried to reproduce the issue here:

Any suggestions around fixing this issue would be of great help!

I've also noticed on the fiddle itself, that this can be fixed by arranging the overflow.

The map in mu application is displayed on bottom on the page in a pop-up.

Observation: Zoom works fine if it is placed on top of the page. But when placed at the bottom, it starts getting wierd.
