I was wondering if anyone knows if you can use calcite bootstrap on web app builder(downloaded version)?
I'm sure it's too late but I just tried it with the new version of Calcite and the answer is yes, you can use calcite with Web AppBuilder Developer Edition. The easiest way is using th CDN, you just have to add the tags to the file ArcGISWebAppBuilder\client\stemapp\index.html to be able to use it in all the widgets you create.
