I have 20 mxd's projects. For each mxd I want to change the north arrow style. I don't know how to do it. I'm trying this code (added)

Is it possible to make a dummy layout having my required north arrow style and then import that to my existing or current Layout to change the style of my current North Arrow.
This functionality is not support via arcpy.mapping. You would have to use ArcObjects to do this.
