Why can't I set refresh layer time with a WFS layer in ArcGIS online?

I have published a WFS (http://139.59.152.114:8080/geoserver/SatTrack/ows?service=WFS&version=1.1.0&request=GetFeature&typeName=SatTrack:sentine… ) via geoserver, that depicts a Sentinel satellite's position in real-time.
Now I want to set the refresh interval in a Map at ArcGIS Online, but this option seems inapplicable with a WFS. Why is that?
