Hi.
After upgrading ArcGIS Monitor (Server and Agents) to v2026.0.0 (Server) and v2026.0.1 (Agents) from v2025.1 (Server) and v2025.1.1 (Agents), we are getting cpu_utilized metric results in 0 from the registered components that are virtualized with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Standard in Nutanix platform architecture as hosts BUT we registered some machines with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Datacenter virtualized in Azure platform architecture, and that metric works well.
There is no problems with conectivity between monitor server and agents machines.
There is no errors related in the ArcGIS Monitor logs.
Also, we add the local user that starts the services in Administrators, Performance Log Users, Performance Monitor Users and Remote Administration Users groups.
Is anyone else having this problem with the specific configuration mentioned above?
